  • ウェブサーバーが実行されていない、ポート80に接続できない、
  • The web server is running but does not respond to requests or returns invalid HTTP responses (according to HTTP specification)

  • サーバーがインターネット経由でアクセスできない、
  • サーバーが未稼働状態であり、指定されたポートに接続できない場合。
